Sue Kammers worked as a nurse in the VA supporting women Veterans for the last 13 years of a long and gratifying 41 year career. Today we talk with her about that career and her art helping healing and building resilience through associative trauma from being a nurse and recovery from Stage 4 Lymphoma art. The Healing Vets Art Exhibit
The Virtual Veteran and active duty art exhibit will be open from October 10th through November 15th. Please contact Pamlico Rose to contact or to purchase from our artists.
Robert Harrell is our featured artist. He is donating his painting Healing Hands to help raise funds for Rose Haven Center of Healing. We will silent auction his painting off at the end of this exhibit. The starting bid is $200. If you are interested in the auction, email your bid to Kaitlyn@pamlicorose.org.
